At DropStroke, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering from us. Because our products are affordable training aids designed for practice—not premium or professional‑grade equipment—we aim to be as transparent as possible about what to expect.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for defective or damaged items only. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Non‑Returnable Items
Because our products are low‑cost training aids and shipping times vary, we do not accept returns for:

Delayed shipping (unless beyond 45 days)
Our products are not premium or high‑end, and materials may differ from professional‑grade equipment. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these expectations.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 45 days, we will issue a replacement or refund. Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@drop-stroke.com.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
